  • One high-resolution JPEG image (650 pixels wide minimum)
  • Image caption and credit information
  • Complete exhibition details: artist name(s), exhibition title, opening/closing dates
  • Exhibition description (up to 100 words – our editorial team will refine as needed)
  • Link to full press release if available online
  • Gallery or institution name
  • Logo graphic
  • Complete address
  • Contact phone number
  • Website link
  • Email contact with link
  • Social media handles and links
  • Visitor hours and information

For Group Exhibition Announcements, please provide the following:

  • Gallery or institution name
  • Address
  • Website link
  • Exhibition details: artist name(s), exhibition title, opening/closing dates
  • Exhibition description (up to 30 words – our editorial team will refine as needed)

Submit your exhibition materials at least one week prior to your desired publication date. For example, if you want your announcement to appear in the August 14 group email, please submit your materials by August 7

A revised preview will be provided if changes are requested
